The worst experience with Rain

The worst company to assist with network issues, since the beginning of December I've been having network issues and reported it. The technician said that my network is pinging from a vandalized tower and they logged a ticket, the whole month I kept messaging them with no joy. Now when I cancel I'm told to pay R625 but they don't consider the struggle I went through for December after I paid for a service that hardly worked. Rain is the pits. I work from home and always lost connection. I want this cancelled
