The Worst Ever Internet Provider

We joined the Rain community in February this year, and have had nothing but problems. They were very slow to respond to queries at the beginning, and now they just flatly ignore you. We first experienced very slow or no internet, only because they kept linking us to the wrong tower. It was either to far from us or it was broken!. Now our signal on the router shows 5 bar, but we either have absolutely no connection or extremely slow. I've sent them numerous requests to try get this resolved, but they are not responding at all. They are the worst company to deal with!!!
