THE WORST EVER!

The biggest *********** in South Africa.

At the end of December 2021 we signed up for a 5G package. We used it for January and part of February 2022 then it just stopped working. We logged tickets, made calls and no one could tell us what was going on. We had NO INTERNET for almost 3 weeks which we had paid for. Eventually we received an answer - THERE WAS NO 5G in our area - what a joke as we had been using it for almost 2 months. We were told the 5G towers had gone MISSING! I wish I could get the telephone recordings so that I could play it for everyone to hear. The stupidity will astound you I promise!

Then we were told that they would need to cancel as they could not provide a service, which is what THEY DID!!!

So we found another company who could actually provide the service. Now 6 months later they are telling me that we owe R1979.90???? What the hell is this for??
