The worst ever

The worst ever. I purchased the product last week 6 November 2024. I was told that I needed to wait 3-5 working days it's the 6th day. I was told they escalated it and yet no response nor emails or any calls I even spoke with a manager Bhushan he said he would contact me personally but yet nothing. THIS IS THE WORST! Each time I call it sounds like your staff members are having a party in the background they are constantly cutting off the call and never calling back. I can literally hear how they mute me and then just drop the line down you call this customer service? I need answers please!
