The worst customer service with with no results

I have used rain for a couple of months now and as from Monday 11 Jan 2022 I have had no access to the internet, though my router was fully paid, my brother works from home and has had his productivity affected due to this, we have logged several complaints with rain who gave us a call after we posted about this on Twitter and went quiet on us after they asked us to inbox them if the problem persists
