The worst customer service I have ever come across.....

Honestly probably the worst customer service I have ever come across. They dont answer their phones, dont reply to emails and hardly ever attends to their online chat. One thing they are fast at is to debit your account when you make a payment but then their system tells you that your payment was declined. So I tried 3 times using 2 different cards..all declined. Checked the bank accounts and the payments are there.....
