THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! WORST NETWORK TO CHOOSE!!!

I got a sim card, and paid R479 for the unlimited data, when I try to rica, I don't get the link, it's been 4 days, I even had to buy Telkom data which is an extra cost and hurts my budget. I sent 2 support messages, but no one is replying, the customer service is so frustrating, you can't even call their line, apparently their call center is closed due to COVID-19?? What a lame excuse! Other network companies are working from home in effort to assist their customers, we're already in level 3, companies are open now, but no, Rain just decided to make our lives a living hell, this is the WORST SERVICE EVER!!
