The worst customer service ever

I am struggling now for over two weeks to get rain to cancel my services with them and every time I call I get told the same story "the matter was escalated" and every time I have to call again and I find nothing was done. I was promised earlier today I was going to get a call by 10am confirming my cancellation and the consultant I spoke to Mpho said she will call me to ensure I received a call from their retentions department.
