The WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE
So after years of using rain. My struggles came when I changed my debit order date due to salary date change. First it took over 3 weeks to get it moved. Than after moving it successfully Rain still sent me a notification 2days before my new debit order date to say that I have missed payment. I made payment immediately it cleared on my side and they have now turned off my wifi. I have been struggling since the first to get through to them with over 7 reference numbers of cases logged. Over R100 worth of airtime used and over 2 gigs of data purchased to try and sort it out myself. But to no avail. TALK ABOUT POOR SERVICE. PS: YOUR APP HASN'T BEEN WORKING FOR MONTHS

You are trying to rob your customers.
I went back on all my records and you received a total payment of R3349.68 from May to October but your agent could not work that out she told me I only paid 2800 and some odds.

50 minutes later still nothing. When I called you because the time was convenient for me I waited and waited now you said you would call back but still nothing. Pathetic!!
And you will call me later today and expect me to be happy and cheerful after poor service

The way I see it you owe me money now because I have not used the wifi for days but come month end you want the full amount but I have not used the services since the first and spent 100s to get hold of you and still could not. I had to publicly post your bad service for you to call me and than you still have the nerve to argue with me on a public platform instead of call. But hey I have no customers to lose.... 15 minutes left for your supervisor to call
