The Worst Customer Care in the whole world!

I wish there was a zero star because they do not deserve even a half star. Worst customer care in the world. I have never experienced such incompetence. I want my refund please you people! All you are doing is sending me reference numbers but when I call and waste my 20 or 30 minutes you do absolutely nothing! This is a ******** organisation *****ing people's money
