The Worst Company To Ever Deal With

I started asking for cancellation about 3weeks ago. This was over a phone call ,around the 5th of November they said to me they suspect it’s the router so they have dispatched one, it never came I can forward you all the emails ***6 ,***8, ***4, ***0, ***8, ***6, ***6, ***6, ***8, ***8 I have tried to list but just a few of the phone calls and help I’ve asked you guys

I requested for cancellation mat the beginning of November. The lady convinced me that let’s give it a try with a new router of which I agreed despise the fact that I was already paying for wifi I wasn’t using,after waiting for a week for it I called again and now I requested cancellation regardless, the person I was talking to said he has cancelled it ,today I was calling regarding my refund because he said it will take a couple of days which I endured,only to be told that we can’t cancel because you have already been billed for December .Despise the fact that I was already paying for WiFi I wasn’t using all along and all the calls and efforts k have tried from my side to resolve this matter but still nothing was resolved

Now I’m being billed for yet another month again of which I’m not using your internet and I have vedn communicating ,your calls are recorded I’m sure you guys you can go back as far as last month and listen to every conversation I’ve made with your people
