THE WORST COMPANY IN SOUTH AFRICA

After being promised and sold a product, stating that I would get up to 30 mbps, I was utterly shocked at the lies I was told. At any given time, I was getting less than 1 mbps, on average only 0.3-0.5 mbps. I tried to call their technical support and stayed on the line for 30 min without any answer. I then tried to call their sales team and immediately someone answered, but couldn't assist, to which they tried to out me through to the support line, again waiting in excess of 15 min, for nobody to even answer the phone. I tried to cancel the subscription, but was only able to "request cancellation." they then sent an automated message, saying "help is on its way" and gave me a reference number - this was a month ago and not a single word from them. They are very quick to spam social media with their ******* waste of time product, which in no way, shape or form, lives up to the "promise" they give. Please, anyone who sees their ad's, DO NOT FALL INTO THE TRAP. What a PATHETIC, *************, bunch of lies. Shocking!!!!
