The worst company in SA, proudly!

They are the least customer service orientated company on the face of the earth. Go ahead and try to find their customer support number online. Request a call back for support 2 weeks ago and have not had a single call back. I have a terrible connection from their products which was not always the case. The quality of their service has dwindled over time and I believe it is intentional to force clients to upgrade. Pathetic service, pathetic product, pathetic company all together. For so many years, Rain's service has been the butt of many jokes and there is no sign of them even trying to rectify a valuable department, customer service.
