THE WORST

Worst customer service i have ever experienced....

They are very quick to remind you about payments and sending you WhatsApp. Very good at that. But when when you raise issues with them regarding their internet and other services, they will send you hundreds and hundreds of ticket numbers informing you that they will revert. I have numerous technical support tickets from decades ago and no one has ever phoned me yet!!! I even made peace with it. Now I have a wifi router which I am paying for yet it is not working. I WANT TO SPEAK TO A HUMAN BEING!!!!!Waste of money and time. Why do I have to pay R680.00 for a router that is always glitching.
