THE WORST!!!

Paid 3 months for nothing as I couldn't use the service because the signal for our area is too poor( something the consultant should have told me in the first place ) but know they still STOLE my money. I've tried making contact numerous times through calls and emails with little to no answers in the end. Even threatened me with legal action if I didn't return the router. Most PATHETIC customer service support I've ever experienced and won't recommend rain to anyone.STAY AWAY!!!
