The worse service provider ever!

I have nothing good to say about this company. I don't want to deal with them ever again. They cannot even fix my internet problem but they continue advertising. FAlse advertising.. This gets to me, that a company can make money off people, but doesn't even offer a decent service.

I have complained about them for a long time i have tried to speak to them numerous times, they've callsd me, each time with a new excuse as to why i cannot connect.

This is going on almost a year if not longer. Currently no internet connection. Only time it actually works a bit is after midnight..

What else am i to do? Kids falling behind with school work due to poor internet. My work can't get done either.

I literally have to buy data everyday just to get by.. Bad bad service
