THE WORSE NETWORK SERVICE

Good Afternoon.

This service provider is the worse and would not recommend anyone to use it. The 15th July rain debited R699 from my account after not using their services for two months. They explained and told me to cancel my line. I did that in the week of the 20th July. Today they again deducted cash out of my account without notice or anything!! I tried calling and calling but nothing. Damn how do you just take money? And who says you wont do it again next month?

Can someone please give me advise
