The worse network provider

In May my family and I decided to get internet services , one of my family members recommended Rain. At first everything was okay but as time went on we started experiencing issues with Rain. Every month after the 15th that would suspend our service. I would than phone numerous times requesting that our payment date could be moved to the first of each month. They would than claim i first have to pay the outstanding amount, keep in mind I already paid it the 1st. So automatically i would be spending R1120 per month on wifi because they charge R560. Once the payment is made i would than phone again in requesting that they change the date but each time they would assure me that it is changed and an email confirming everything would be sent to me. I have never received any feedback from them only emails and notifications that i should make a payment to continue using internet access or that our services is suspended. I than asked them to cancel the services and they responded that i first have to pay the outstanding amount.

Literally the most useless network provider. Rather try telkom or mtn
