The worse experience from an ISP

there is no connectivity and response from Rain. They cant fix their offering. The 5G network is a complete joke and so is the service from Rain. it does not matter how often you try get information from them they refuse to even answer emails. With the covid-19 virus there is absolutely no way to contact support and this leave the customer paying for a service that does not work. Speeds are so slow that you can not even open web pages. Avoid RAIN - the service and product sucks.
