THE WORSE EVER!!

THE WORSE EVER!! I've cancelled many months ago but yet I still get deducted from my account. When I call in to follow up on escalations the agents know nothing & give **** service. When I ask to speak to a manager I have to wait over 10 mins & still no manager. They say they will call you back but they don't. They so quick to deduct they money but take forever to pay my own money back. The system they have does not work. Why deduct if its been cancelled.
