The worse cuatomer service

I am highly disappointed with Rains customer service. My router has not been working. When you contact them for assistance there is no response on emails. I tried calling in and its a miracle if your call gets answered. I am paying for something I am not using.... I would not recommend Rain to anyone cause clearly they do not know what they are doing. I will canceling and taking my business else where.... **** customer service!!!!!!
