The utmost worst service ever experienced

I have ordered and paid for the sim (Product) i have not received the product and we are on day 9 already , still not having received the product (sim) which i have already paid ( The amount R 479 has already gone through my bank , I as a new customer cannot understand how rain can still be conducting business as I have to constantly contact rain over this period of time to obtain feedback and all feedback or excuse provided time again is it has been escalated to logistics i am fed up with the poor service and utter incompetence of rain to provide or do what they say or sell as it is I no longer want this product and want a refund of my money and they can be damn sure i will advise any and all people i know and deal with to steer clear from buying a product or service from rain as they cannot do what they claim or advertise.
