The Ultimate RAIN Internet Service Provider Rip-off
RAIN Internet Service Provider is selling products that they are NOT capable of delivering. I was on the R250 Rain "BUFFERING" deal and upgraded to R479 24/7 unlimited thinking speed will improve, but speed seems to be even worse, Buffering at under 2Mbps standard. They **********ly deduct money for a 4G service they are not capable of delivering. This is not even 3G technology, the speed is more likely EDGE…Buffering 24/7. They continue to sign up customers under a smoke screen called “4G Unlimited 24/7” THIS IS NOT 4G Technology we are being ********** by RAIN.
