The trouble with rain...

I am disappointed in rain. Just bought the R250 month to month and I am still struggling to get it to work properly. I have asked for assistance but I am still waiting on a response. No joy. Everything seems to be okay but I still get messages of no connectivity while it shows that I am connected. It would be great if I can get someone to help or just respond to my request for assistance.
