The ******* at Rain

Rain is the worst Service provider in the country!!! They keep on advertising and selling service when their towers are way over subscribed. The only time I have decent internet connectivity is between 2am and 6am, thereafter the speed is non existent. Rain keeps on trying to tell me to reset my router, move my router to another location in the house, try to connect to another tower every time we log a call. They cannot or do not want to understand that their issue is an over subscription issue, instead of adding more capability to their network, they bury their heads in the sand and keep on taking our money every month.
