The terrible service just keeps going and going!

Cancellation!!!!!!

I contacted Rain before the end of the month requesting that my 5G service be cancelled as their network is terrible!!!!

No one has come back with concrete solutions!

For the past 3 months, the service has been poor or non existent. That being 5G network service and customer service!

The terrible service just keeps going and going!

I have had no response by a human being since requesting cancellation!
