The support team sometimes take a while to reach out to us (clients), which is very discouraging
The support team sometimes take a while to reach out to us (clients), which is very discouraging. Otherwise you guys provide good services. I've been using rain for year with no issues, but most recently I face some difficulties and sometimes can't get the support I need
