The Staff are lovely but I am experiencing a technical issue with my new RAINone 5G router. I have been phoning every day for 2wks and someone from technical support is supposed to get back to me but no one has.

Someone called me and informed me that unfortunately there were no 5G Towers close enough to me. As such my RAINone will be canceled and the router collected.
