The single worst company I have ever dealt with in my life

Disgusting. Twice appointments have been made to repair slow speeds I am getting , twice they have not pitched. My emails are ignored , and phoning does not help since there is a complete disconnect between the departments. Primary school students could do a better job of running a company ,I would recommend staying far away from this company. I have never received such pathetic service in my life from any company, government institutions including , it is a disgrace that the money is taken but the service is not provided. I hope management is aware of the pitiful service and are ashamed at their attempts at providing 5G Internet.
