My personal phone data was used up within the first five days of this month even though I currently work from home and am heavily reliant on wifi. In addition to the poor signal, it was difficult for us to contact Rain because they did not return our numerous emails and phone calls. When a consultant does finally respond to a call, we are inundated with justifications and trivial solutions to "fix" the network issues, but regrettably, none of those solutions were successful. I was left to run a number of speed tests each day to monitor the upload and download speeds, which ranged from 0.07 mbps to 3.96 mbps. I had to switch to my mobile data in order for a single WhatsApp message to be delivered, just for perspective. The final straw came today when we contacted Rain five times after testing a 1.38 mbps download and 0.06 mbps upload speed and got absolutely no response! I do not suggest anyone use this wifi network because it is annoying, pitiful, and just plain bad. Don'twaste your time or money.
