I have once spoken to other Rain agents,and couldn't get a better and clear explanation like i did hence i took long to respond to the 'call' positively 😁. It is after today's explanation it was crystal clear and i understood everything,step by step as he patiently explained to me and address my queries. I'm one happy new client!
