The service is great but the router I have is giving constant problems

The service is great but the router I have is giving constant problems. I request a swap out but seems like they are avoiding that. I have to restart the router continously to get it to work so that my tv can connect that's not even 5 meters away. My phone sometimes only connects when I am in front of the router.
