The service is bad

The service is bad. Firstly i received an incomplete order had to return it back. It took a week for Rain to activate the sim card and after numerous calls with no luck. Just want to give thanks to Nawaj Pinjari who went above the call of duty to assist me with my query. Well done to him for his exceptional customer service and to ensure my query was resolved.
