The service by Rain is good but their coverage is not as strong and reliable as other networks

The service by Rain is good but their coverage is not as strong and reliable as other networks. Their network is on and off without reason, especially during the holidays and festive seasons when you need the network the most.. In Giyani for instance, Rain has just introduce 5G, and that logically means the 4G coverage that existed before the 5G should be strong, but it is not the case. Rain struggle to maintain a 4G strong network in Giyani locations. How then would I be motivated to move to their 5G network which only exist in Giyani?
