I should've read these reviews first before getting entangled with Rain. The service is putrid! The service agents are there just to collect a paycheck. I called to ask a simple question. When will my SIM be activated it's been 6 hours already. Three agents (who didn't sound like they wanted to help) said the same recitation over and over. Your site says that within 2 hours of delivery, the SIM will be activated.

" how long will my SIM take to activate? Your SIM should be active within 2 hours of successfully completing RICA. We’ll send you an SMS to let you know that your SIM is active. You can also sign in to your my rain page and look out for a green tick next to your SIM to confirm that it’s active on your profile."

I hate having to have signed up with these people. It's like trusting Eskom - No thanks I'll use up the R499 I paid and move to Axxess for fibre.

If I could rate this service MINUS ZERO i would. Be ware!
