The rudest consultant ever.

Today around 15@00 received a call for a lady by the name Mpho Ntsane, she was the rudest consultant ever. She was no help at all with a matter I myself report 6 days ago and I even called on Friday because I recieved a e-mail saying someone will call me regarding my network problem but no one call till this afternoon this rude lady call me. She even said, she can't help me if I want I can cancel the service. To show that they don't care about thier consumer .
