The Rain platform is excellent I received a call from one of their agents minutes after logging a call. The agent itself was very helpful and excelled in all ways. Answers all questions thoroughly and helped me seamlessly in what I thought would be a long tiring process. Within a few minutes I was able to log a request, receive a call and successfully place my order.
