The Rain One website and App are the worst at self service options!!! They're inconvenient, not customer centric
The Rain One website and App are the worst at self service options!!! They're inconvenient, not customer centric. A complete nightmare for customers. At this point canceling my Rain account is on the cards and I wouldn't recommend ANYONE to subscribe to Rain One.
