The Rain network itself is excellent — fast, stable, and good value for our home WiFi. The Loop device works well once it’s running. Dropping 1 star for onboarding: my device arrived by courier with zero setup instructions. No manual, no quick-start card, no QR code to a video. I had to scramble and use someone else’s mobile data for 45 minutes just to Google how to set up the Loop and get connected. That’s 45 minutes that could’ve been 5 with a simple guide. Please consider customers who aren’t tech-savvy. Not everyone will know how to troubleshoot on their own, and having no instructions in the box creates unnecessary stress for first-time users. Rain, if you added a clear 1-page setup sheet or a link to a short setup video, this would be an easy 5 stars from me. I’d still appreciate it if support could send the official setup steps for the Loop to confirm I’ve done it right. Overall, I'm happy with the service — just make the setup experience more accessible and it’ll be perfect.
