These people are a ****. After having over a week and a half and just some random days and hours were their Sim card had no internet connection. After spending over a R100 calling their customer service that did not help me nor even call me back when my airtime ran out. Despite having given them my full details they would not call back or lie and say they'll call me back and don't do so. The one that called me on Tuesday morning said they count the number of days that their Sim card wasn't working and credit me on those days. Meaning I am not suppose to pay the full amount this month due their network issues that hindered me from having internet access. But noooo I check my invoice today and they are expecting the FULL AMOUNT. Meaning I am the idiot here who is paying for something that I not able to use. This is a ****. I am not willing to pay for a service that I was not using. And I was already paying to try get them to fix it with all the different stories they telling me when I was calling them for the whole week.
