The RAIN agent, Amahle Mtembu was very helpful. I am not Tech savvy but she explained everything with patience and she was very friendly. The call dropped after 10 minutes and when I called back the agent that answered, Saadiq, was just as friendly and helpful. Thanks for your great service 👌🏻
