The poorest service ever known to men kind!

hi. Very unpleased. why was the debit order done on the 24th when the date clearly states the 25th? our services are suspended and the network is WACK! i am not happy at all and demand to be called. NEVER EVER DO THAT AGAIN! what’s the point of being asked when we’d like the debit order to be if you guys are just going to do what you like?!
