The phone I was using as a router broke and I was stressed because when I tried inserting my Rain sim card into another device it would not connect. I called into Rain and spoke to a very friendly agent who understood what I was going through, his name is Dipesh if I am not mistaken, he held my hand throughout the process and gave me step by step instructions on how to get my Rain sim card to work on my new device, he tried to call me back but I had taken the sim card I was using to call him on from the device and inserted my Rain sim card.
