The most useless WiFi ever!!

This has to be the worst WiFi service ever For the past couple of weeks my rain hasn’t been working properly, I’m told the towers around me are down.. now I work from home and need internet connection to be able to work so tell me how am I supposed to work if I can’t connect?? I’ve spent more money having to buy data on top of what I’m paying you guys, I’m so sick and tired of you guys and ready to cancel my services with you!!!!
