THE MOST RIDICULOUS SERVICE

I don't know what kind of experience others received but on my part i have been tossed around back and fourth only trying to get one simcard delivered to me, i purchased my sim on the 11th but till now i haven't received my sim, and the worst part of it all its written in their advertising that delivery takes up to 3-5 working days, but hey am still here waiting, this is the worst service ever, please change the couriers that you are using they are not doing you any better you will lose customers because of your third party business partners, RAM is ridiculous, they don't have respect for their customers, they lie to customers i don't know if they find that funny.
