The lady that spoke ...
The lady that spoke on the phone at the call center was very nice.. the guy that came to deliver the router was so arrogant, and the way he did business was un professional, i told him to take back his router and tell rain to give me my refund back. Ill rather take my business somewhere els.. im not very happy
