The lady that attended to me was very polite even when I told her that I want to cancel my subscription because I was not having network

The lady that attended to me was very polite even when I told her that I want to cancel my subscription because I was not having network. She took her time and after collecting necessary details from me she now switched me to a nearer tower and then my network came back. That was very awesome and good service for me.
