The internet service has become worst

Since my last post, Rain provided quick assistance, atleast for the first time, I got someone attending to my issues, thanks to Hello Peter, and the person assigned to assist me that day. So what has changed ever since - - - nothing, infact now I have to always reboot the router after every 10 minutes to connect to the internet, again to do my work yesterday I had to use another service provider, clearly it's going to be the same arrangement even today. I'm beginning to accept I'm going to have to buy data everyday to so that I can do my work. I invested in Rain network because they claimed their internet is fast, reliable and unlimited 24/7, I have never experienced any of that, infact it feels like I invested on a liability. I wish I could come one day and give a better feedback of my improved experience with Rain but at this point, I'm just going to be honest.
