The internet itself was atrocious where we lived. My husband and I couldn't use it on more than one device at a time, and even then it would be super slow. However, the customer service is spectacular. We called them twice (when we began our contract and when we ended our contract). They were extremely helpful and efficient. I usually hate making calls, but I spoke to Jared when I was struggling to login to cancel the subscription and he was incredibly sweet and made my day.
