The gentleman who helped me from Rain customer service was absolutely brilliant. He went above and beyond to assist me. Even calling back after I ran out of airtime and when he couldn't hear what I was saying because my phone's speaker does not work so well. He assist with every query and apologized for bad service received before. He's customer service is top tier. Hoping that every time I call if I have an issue that Rohan Pandit answers the call.
